Residential Rooftop Solar System Inspections

Using a specialized drone, we take photos of your rooftop panel array(s) in both High Definition and infrared (the equivalent of x-rays of your panels) and provide you a report containing a set of these photos to take to your panel installer or leasing agent. This health checkup can expose such "illnesses" as:

• Defective bypass diodes
• Short circuits and failing connections
• Penetration of moisture and/or dirt
• Cracked cells or glass cracks
• Delamination of cell layers
• Failed or disconnected cells
• Mismatched panels with different capacities
• Loose contacts and wiring faults
• Weather and storm damage and debris
• Dirt buildup and bird droppings
• Cells in shade or shadow areas

We are an FAA-certified and insured commercial drone operator specializing in residential solar panel aerial inspections, and charge a flat fee of $50 per array of rooftop panels to perform the inspection and provide the report.
